+ Can the photos be used for commercial purposes?
Our photos are intended for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. Thank you for your understanding!
+ Can I shoot in multiple studio sets in a single session?
Each session is only dedicated to the individual studio set you have booked, allowing us to prepare the space just for you. If you’d like to experience another set, you’re most welcome to book a separate session with us.
+ When will I receive the preview/edited images?
You’ll receive your preview images (raw and watermarked) on the day of your shoot. Once you’ve made your selections on Dropbox and let us know via WhatsApp, we’ll prepare your final high-resolution edited digital images and deliver them within 14 working days.
+ Will the images be printed out?
All images are delivered in digital format, so we don’t provide printed photographs or physical copies. This gives you the flexibility to print your favourites whenever you’d like!
+ I would like to print the images post shoot. May I know the recommended size to print?
We recommend a print size of up to size A3 or A2 for the best results.
Should you require a print-optimised format for larger prints, you may also request 3-5 images to be sent to you in TIFF file format.
+ Can I have all the raw images?
We’re unable to provide raw images as part of our quality control process.
After your shoot, our team will curate a selection of preview images for you to choose from, based on the number of images included in your package. If you’d like to keep a few more favourites, additional edited images are available at $5 per image.
All selected images will be edited, with basic retouching included for shoots taking place on or after 11 November 2026.
+ What's the difference between edited images, basic retouching, and additional retouching?
Editing involves adjusting the overall look of an image, including colour tones, lighting, shadows, and exposure, to achieve our signature finish.
Basic retouching covers subtle, natural-looking enhancements to the skin and complexion, including dark eye circles reduction, blemish touch-up, and skin smoothening. This is automatically included in every edited image for shoots taking place on or after 11 November 2026, at no additional charge.
Additional retouching is available for more specific enhancements beyond basic retouching, such as slimming, scar removal, superimposing of facial expressions, or adjustments to clothing.

If you have any particular requests in mind, feel free to let us know. Additional retouching is charged per deliverable.
+ Do I need to request basic retouching?
Basic retouching is automatically included in every edited image for shoots taking place on or after 11 November 2026, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.
+ Does basic retouching apply to sessions booked before 11 November 2026?
Basic retouching is included based on your shoot date, rather than when your session was booked. This means shoots taking place on or after 11 November 2026 will enjoy this inclusion, while shoots taking place before this date will not be inclusive of basic retouching.
+ I would like more photos, how are the additional images charged?
If you find a few more favourites you'd love to keep, additional edited images are available at $5 per image. All selected images will be edited, with basic retouching included for shoots taking place on or after 11 November 2026.
As we do not provide raw images for quality control purposes, all purchased additional images will be delivered as edited digital copies.
+ How many revisions can be made to my edited images?
We’re happy to accommodate one round of revisions for each edited image. If there are any adjustments you’d like us to make, simply let us know and we’ll do our best to help!
