MAKING A BOOKING

  • All PROFILE sessions are conducted in-studio using our current rotating set offerings. The pace of the shoot depends on:

    • The number of participants

    • The number of groupings/permutations required

    • The number of outfits

    PROFILE sessions are designed for:

    • One outfit per participant

    • Up to two shooting angles

    If multiple outfits are required, please contact us for a customised quotation.

    For teams exceeding the recommended pax for their selected package, we will prioritise key headshots and groupings.

    Participants are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled session time. Late arrivals may reduce the amount of coverage achievable within the allocated session time.

  • Teams with more than 30 pax should contact us at hello@thelovestudios.co before booking so that we may assess feasibility and customise a suitable quotation.

  • A $200 deposit is required per slot. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment.

    Balance payment is due on the day of the shoot via PayNow only.

  • We’re happy to offer one complimentary reschedule per booking. You may independently reschedule your session via the link in your initial confirmation email, up to 72 hours before your session.

    Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your session are generally not permitted. A $100 per slot rescheduling fee applies from the second reschedule onwards.

    Please note that no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.

  • Photo selections should be submitted within 14 days of your shoot. Final edited images are retained for 6 months from the date of delivery.

    RAW files are retained for 12 months from the shoot date. Please download and back up your images promptly, as storage beyond these periods cannot be guaranteed. Requests for file retrieval, re-edits, additional copies, or late photo selections beyond the retention period are subject to availability and a $200 retrieval fee.

GUIDE

    We recommend coordinating your outfit colours and dress code according to your company or brand identity, where relevant. For the most cohesive look, we encourage the team to dress in a similar colour palette and style.

    Most importantly, choose something you feel comfortable and confident in!

  • Please let us know the different group combinations you would like to photograph in advance, so that we can ensure the session flows smoothly.
    Some general recommendations include:

    • The full team

    • Smaller departments or teams

    • Founders and/or C-suite leadership

    • Individual headshots

  • You may come 15 minutes before your booking to get ready. To help us make the most of your session, we kindly ask that the team arrives on time.

    We also recommend appointing a point of contact within the team to help coordinate attendance and group arrangements with our studio team on the day of the shoot.

Parking

Parking is limited to 2 cars per booking. Drivers may dial “0502” at the gantry intercom for access.

If more than 2 parking lots are needed, public parking is available along Shaw Road or at 16 Shaw Road opposite our building.

For wheelchair access, please unload your passengers at the loading bay. From there, there’ll be a ramp that will lead you up to the elevator. If coming with wheelchair personnel, please inform us so we can open the back door.
