Double Slot Package

(Not applicable for Cake Smash sessions)

• 105 minutes

• 30 edited images (additional images at $5/image)

• Up to 8 pax (additional pax: $30 per pax) (including infants, children, and pets)

A single slot is sufficient for groups of 1-7 pax.

For groups larger than 7 pax, we strongly recommend booking a double slot for a more relaxed pace of photoshoot. Single-slot bookings for larger groups may result in limited coverage, and we can only guarantee key groupings.

Double slots must be booked as consecutive timings (e.g. 9am + 10am). After selecting your first slot, click "Select and add another time". Non-consecutive bookings will not be considered a valid double session.

Families with 20 pax or more should contact hello@thelovestudios.co before booking. We will prioritise key permutations. The pace and scope of the shoot will depend on:

• The number of adults and children present

• The number of permutations required

A $200 deposit is required per slot. Bookings are only confirmed upon payment.

Balance payment is due on the day of the shoot via PayNow only.

We’re happy to offer one complimentary reschedule per booking. You may independently reschedule your session via the link in your initial confirmation email, up to 72 hours before your session.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your session are generally not permitted. A $100 per slot rescheduling fee applies from the second reschedule onwards.

Please note that no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.

Photo selections should be submitted within 14 days of your shoot. Final edited images are retained for 6 months from the date of delivery.

RAW files are retained for 12 months from the shoot date. Please download and back up your images promptly, as storage beyond these periods cannot be guaranteed. Requests for file retrieval, re-edits, additional copies, or late photo selections beyond the retention period are subject to availability and a $200 retrieval fee.
